Our World
Distinctive lives. Individual journeys.
The people, experiences and individual journeys connected with Shweta Shah's approach to nutrition.

What they share
No two lives are alike. Neither are their plans.
- 01
Rhythm
Early calls, late nights, split shifts. Plans fit the day a person actually has.
- 02
Movement
Travel and unfamiliar menus are planned for, so consistency never depends on home.
- 03
Constitution
An Ayurvedic reading of Prakriti first, then practical modern nutrition.
- 04
Context
Appetite, sleep, stress and preference decide what is realistic. Food follows.
In the public record
The recovery that was reported, not announced.
After Rishabh Pant’s road accident, GQ India and IANS reported the nutrition behind his recovery in Shweta’s words: twenty days of khichdi while the gut healed, then energy-dense food reintroduced as training allowed.
Reported by GQ India (12 August 2023) and IANS (August 2023, November 2024).

The approach
Personal by nature.
Shweta holds a postgraduate qualification in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai. Her practice pairs a Prakriti analysis with practical modern nutrition: not a stricter diet, but a simpler one that fits a real life.
