Manifesto
The Philosophy
Good nutrition is not a performance. It is a set of quiet decisions, made daily, that fit the person making them.
- 01
Simple is honest.
A simple plan has nowhere to hide. If it works, the mornings and the readings show it; if not, the problem is visible and can be adjusted on the next call.
- 02
Ancient intelligence, modern evidence.
The reading is Ayurvedic: a Prakriti analysis of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The writing is modern dietetics: your reports still decide what the plan must achieve.
- 03
The cause, not the symptom.
Settling a symptom without touching its cause buys a good month and a bad year. Working on the cause is slower at first, and far more durable.
- 04
Food you can live with.
No crash diets and no imported superfoods. Everyday Indian food, timed and combined well, because consistency is what makes a plan work.
- 05
One person at a time.
Two people with the same complaint often receive quite different food. A plan is written for a constitution, a routine and a kitchen.
Simple is honest. Simple is powerful.
Boundaries
What this is not.
- Not a substitute for medical care, and never a reason to change prescribed medication.
- Not a list of forbidden foods.
- Not fast.
