Client Stories

Every journey is personal.

Five accounts from the practice's own records: where each person started, what the plan changed, and what they reported.

Fertility & hormonal health

4–5 months

From “almost impossible” to pregnant in four to five months.

Starting point
AMH 0.2 and thyroid antibodies above 1,000; she had been told conception was “almost impossible”. Inflammation, low energy and hormonal imbalance.
The approach
Reducing inflammation and supporting thyroid health alongside medical care. A digestion-centred Ayurvedic plan with balanced meals, remedies and decoctions.
What was reported
After four to five months she wrote: “I have good news… I am pregnant. Thank you for your guidance.”

Note One individual story, not evidence the same approach leads to pregnancy for everyone. Fertility concerns need qualified medical care.

Gut & digestion

Within weeks

When his gut settled, everything else followed.

Starting point
35, business pressure, late dinners and no routine. Acidity, energy crashes, hair fall, brain fog and stubborn weight.
The approach
Consistent meal timing, less caffeine, a balanced plate with gut-soothing foods, simple breathing rituals and movement after meals.
What was reported
Within weeks, acidity and bloating eased, energy and mood steadied, hair fall reduced and weight began to respond.

Note Digestive symptoms, weight change and hair fall have many causes; persistent symptoms need a clinician.

Diabetes & metabolic health

3 weeks

Small habits, a large change in blood sugar.

Starting point
46, on metformin for fifteen years, readings stuck, frequently tired. Late dinners, stress eating, little movement.
The approach
A hundred steps after each meal, dinner thirty minutes earlier, soaked methi, a fibre-first plate and ten minutes of slow breathing at night.
What was reported
Within three weeks fasting readings improved, cravings fell and afternoon fatigue eased. Her doctor later adjusted her dose.

Note Never change prescribed medication without the prescribing clinician.

Sleep & PMS

3 weeks

Better sleep, less PMS, more energy.

Starting point
29, exhausted despite “seven hours”. Bedtime after 2 a.m., worsening PMS, cravings and brain fog.
The approach
Bedtime moved in stages from midnight towards 10 p.m. over three weeks. No supplements, no restrictive diet.
What was reported
More energy, milder PMS, fewer cravings, clearer thinking, and weight loss resumed.

Note Palpitations or significant symptoms need medical assessment.

Menstrual & ovarian health

8 weeks

From ovarian cysts to regular cycles in eight weeks.

Starting point
Two years of irregular periods, weight gain, fatigue and ovarian cysts; laparoscopy had been advised.
The approach
Structured meal timing, balanced protein and carbohydrate, anjeer and sweet potato, customised juices and lifestyle adjustments.
What was reported
By week four her periods began to regulate. In week eight she wrote that the cyst had gone.

Note Her words reflect her reported experience, not independent confirmation. Decisions about surgery belong with her clinician.
